Mr. Carlo Testa began his service in the Diocese of Wilmington in 2021 after gaining experience as a teacher and administrator in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and at the New Jersey Department of Education. Mr. Testa graduated from Saint Elizabeth High School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College, along with a Master of Arts from West Chester University and a Master of Education from Wilmington University. Over the course of his career Mr. Testa has served as a teacher, department chair, instructional coach, academic coordinator, assistant principal, and principal at various schools. Mr. Testa’s educational philosophy centers on continuously improving and expanding the programs and opportunities offered to students as we work to further the mission and ministry of Saint Mark’s High School.
