Individuals who make a commitment to Saint Mark's High School through their estate planning are honored in The Saint Mark's 1969 Legacy Society.
Members of The Saint Mark's 1969 Legacy Society extend their generosity into the future, confident that the value and assets earned during their lifetime are passed along to the next generation. With little or no current financial impact on the individual, the act of making a planned gift may result in the largest and most impactful gift a person could make to our beloved school.
Since 1969, Saint Mark's High School has provided a high-quality Catholic education. Your planned and estate gift sustains our rich tradition and secures a bright future for students yet to come.
If Saint Mark's is named in your will/trust agreement or is listed as a retirement plan beneficiary, please complete the Declaration of Intent (found by clicking on the green button to the right) to inform Saint Mark's High School of your planned gift so you can be recognized as a member of this distinguished society.

To ease the process for you, the following language has been crafted so it can be sent directly to your attorney for inclusion in your will.
“I give and bequeath _____ percent of my residuary estate, after all payments of all debts, claims, expenses, and taxes, to Saint Mark's High School, 2501 Pike Creek Road, Wilmington, DE 19808, a not-for-profit organization, organized, and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, as an unrestricted gift for its general purposes.”
